Food made with love inspired

So here it is! Its been the lifelong dream to open my own place, after years of collecting furniture and little quirky bits here and there, to writing and rewriting the menu from experience from travels, even numerous drawings in my sketchbook of key features I love. Finding the perfect place in super lovely village of East Preston on the south coast. Completely transforming the previous hairdressers into now what was pictured in the dream. I hope grub and gumption grow's as we do. Being able to use local suppliers means a lot to us, we also try very hard to be eco-friendly and sustainably aware. I hope you feel the love as you walk through our doors and feel inspired by the ever-changing menu we so love to create.

Travelling over the years has been an experience of a lifetime. It fills you with a new understanding of the world. An appreciation, you open your eyes to everything you see and feel. Each country offering you a new wealth of education into their cultures, thier people, the food, thier traditions and beauty.
Most times we do whats expected of us, not what our aspirations or dreams are made of.
This hardest part is knowing how much more is out there, Its just the bravery to get out there and try new things. There is always more to learn.
Timing is everything.
I think of it not just as food, it's how we differ in the simple task of eating. The
movements around food and how we assemble it. Having travelled we now see this as an entirely different experience within each culture and admire the opportunity to have experienced it. We try and source local produce wherever we can.
